Rules and Regulations for the Return and Exchange of Cosmetics in Ukraine

At It's Beauty, we comply with all Ukrainian legislation requirements, particularly the provisions of the Ukrainian Law "On Consumer Protection." Below are the main conditions for the return and exchange of goods, including cosmetic products.

1. Return and Exchange of Goods of Proper Quality

According to the List of Goods that Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172 dated 19.03.1994, cosmetics of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.

However, the return of goods is possible in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product was delivered incorrectly (for example, does not match the order).

Conditions for Returning Goods of Proper Quality:

  • The product has not been used.
  • The original packaging, seals, labels, and product appearance are preserved.
  • A document confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice) is available.

2. Return and Exchange of Goods of Improper Quality

A product is considered to have improper quality if:

  • There is a clear manufacturing defect.
  • The product was damaged during transportation (provided a damage report is provided).
  • The expiration date of the product expired before it was received.

Conditions for Return:

  1. The request must be made within 14 days from the moment of receiving the product.
  2. The buyer must provide a document confirming the purchase and photo or video evidence of the defect.
  3. If the defect is confirmed, we will exchange the product for a similar one or refund the money.

3. Return Procedure

  1. Contact the Manager:
    Contact us via phone, email, or messaging services listed on the website. Explain the reason for the return and provide the necessary supporting documents.

  2. Submit the Product for Inspection:
    Send the product for inspection to the address provided by the manager. Delivery costs will be reimbursed if the defect is confirmed.

  3. Refund:
    After the defect is confirmed, we will refund the money to the bank card or other agreed method.

4. Attention!

  • Products purchased with discounts or as part of promotions are not subject to return unless defects are found.
  • Improper storage or use of the product by the buyer (violation of instructions) is not a reason for return.
