Oxidant 3% Color in liquid form is specially developed for use with COLOR brand eyelash and eyebrow dye. Volume — 100 ml.
The specially designed formula maintains the pH balance, gives incredible shine to lashes and brows, and causes no damage. Thanks to protective surface agents, it coats the hair on the outside and protects it from the inside during coloring. As a result, eyelashes and eyebrows acquire the desired shade while preserving their healthy natural look and beauty.
The liquid oxidant 3% comes in economical packaging, sufficient for approximately 100 applications.
How to use: mix with the dye and apply to eyelashes and eyebrows.
