Payment Methods for Orders
All orders with international delivery are shipped only after receiving full prepayment for the goods, including the delivery cost (cash on delivery is not available for international shipments).

Available Payment Methods for International Orders:

  • International money transfer (PayPal, Wise, SWIFT and other payment systems);
  • Payment link via payment systems Liqpay or WayForPay.

International Delivery of Orders

You can place an order with international delivery. The available delivery methods are:

  • Fast international delivery with Nova Post (Poland, Moldova, Germany, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Hungary, Italy, Great Britain, Spain).
  • International delivery via UkrPost from Ukraine with receipt through the internal postal service of the recipient’s country.

Parcels are shipped abroad within up to 2 working days from the moment of payment confirmation.

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel.


Delivery with Nova Post

Delivery is carried out to the Nova Post office or by courier to the specified address. For the list of countries where Nova Post delivery is available, see the table below.

Delivery Tariffs
The cost of delivery from Ukraine is 16 EUR (for a medium-sized parcel up to 10 kg with address delivery).

For tariff calculation, the highest value of either the actual or volumetric weight of the parcel is used. The delivery tariff is calculated per unit and includes the overall delivery from Ukraine to the recipient's country.
Parcels with a declared value of up to 45 EUR are delivered to Nova Post branches in the destination country or to the recipient's address.

Important! For parcels with a declared value exceeding 45 EUR, the recipient's country imposes a customs duty of at least 23% of the declared value of the parcel. The customs office and postal service have the right to review the contents of the parcel during random checks. The customs duty is paid by the recipient upon receipt of the parcel. However, our staff will always offer you the best shipping option (e.g., splitting the order into 2 or more parcels).


Restrictions on Parcel Contents
Nova Post Global imposes certain restrictions on the transportation of dangerous, prohibited goods, and items that are not accepted for shipment:

  • Medicines (some types of anesthetics containing lidocaine);
  • Cosmetic products containing alcohol;
  • Flammable substances and goods in pressurized containers.

Delivery of Orders via Nova Post to the USA

Delivery cost depends on the actual weight of the order (see the table below).

Important! The listed rates do not include possible customs payments.

Parcels with a declared value of up to $800 are not subject to customs payments and do not require the payment of customs brokerage fees. The declared value of the shipment corresponds to the actual cost of your order.


International Delivery via UkrPost to the Recipient's Country Post Office
Delivery is carried out to the recipient's country post office branch or to the address by the recipient's postal service courier.

Delivery time: from 7 to 30 working days.

Delivery tariff from Ukraine starts at 15 USD.

For tariff calculation, the actual weight, type of package, and declared value of the order with the "Priority" shipping type are used.

Order Inspection upon Receipt
If you receive a parcel in an improper condition or damaged state, please document this with the courier or at the post office by creating an acceptance-transfer document with photographic evidence of the damage, and contact our manager to resolve the issue.
