What Concerto Emulsifying Oxidizer is for

The oxidizer releases the pigment of the dye, and its strength determines the degree of lift. The cream-like consistency is easy to apply to the hair, does not run and rinses off easily with water. Fragrance and stabilising agents protect the strands during lightening and colouring, so the colour service stays gentle while the shade remains long-lasting and saturated. Suitable for all hair types; it combines well with bleaching products in cream or powder form. Mixing ratios: 1:1.5 for standard colouring, 1:2 when working with the super-lightening series, 1:1 for grey coverage.

How to choose the strength

• 3% (10 vol) — tone-on-tone and darker, toning
• 6% (20 vol) — lightening by 1–2 levels, grey coverage
• 9% (30 vol) — lightening by 2–3 levels
• 12% (40 vol) — lightening by 3–4 levels, work on light levels
