Description
Oxidizing gel 10Vo [3%] for oxidizing dyes for eyebrows.
How to use: Mix EYEBROW ACTIVATOR 10Vo [3%] in equal proportions (1:1) with the dye EYEBROW COLOR. Apply evenly on the eyebrow surface. Rinse with water and dry.
Warning: For professional use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Contains hydrogen peroxide. Use protective gloves when working. Store the oxidizer in a cool place.
