Permanent lash&brow saline solution is intended for cleaning and degreasing hairs and skin.
This stage of degreasing contributes to a more effective and permanent dyeing of eyebrows with paint or henna: the pigment lies evenly, without streaks or spots, and lasts longer on the hairs and skin of the eyebrow.
Application: apply a few drops of Permanent lash&brow saline solution to a cotton pad or cotton swab and wipe the eyebrow areas before coloring.
