Professional decolorant powder – 2in1 powder is designed both to lighten own melanin and to remove accumulated artificial pigment from eyebrow hairs of all types. When mixed with an oxidizing emulsion (1.8 and 3%), it forms a homogeneous cream-like consistency that is easily distributed over the hairs and does not spread. The product works very delicately: evenly and gently lightens both natural hairs and removes excess artificial pigment that has accumulated.
The complex based on milk proteins included in the composition protects the hair structure during lightening or removal of artificial pigment.
