Eyebrow and eyelash dye "Deep Brow Tint 2.0" guarantees intensive hair coloring. Complex based on Heliogenol™ sunflower seed extract provides gentle coloring and additional care for hairs during the procedure.
Use with Oxidizing Emulsion 2% or Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5% from ÉLAN.
A mixture with Oxidizing Emulsion 2% will result in a less saturated and natural shade, as well as undarkened hairs.
A mixture with Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5% will result in a richer shade on the skin and hairs.
